UV Curing Conveyor Systems

UV curing conveyor systems are a practical method of curing substrates which are separate pieces. A moving conveyor belt transports each piece through the cure chamber at a speed regulated by the conveyor drive. We offer several different models, depending on the needs of the customer.

Integrated UV Conveyor Assemblies


 Designed for lab or production work, this family of conveyors provides conveyorized UV curing at a competitive price. Standard lamp widths or 6, 8 and 10 inches are available at power levels up to 600 Watts per inch. Other lamp widths and power levels are available.

Retrofit UV Conveyor Systems

In cases where the customer has an existing conveyor, we offer a design which will allow a UV curing lamp to be mounted on the customer's conveyor. Many sizes and configurations are available. Contact us for more details.

Customized UV Conveyor Systems
